We ask you to send on a weekly or monthly basis, invoices/vouchers, bank statements, sales takings, etc. From this, we process your information on to computer on a weekly/monthly basis, and send you back a 5-6 page report which consists of:
- your sales split up into 100 commodity headings
- an all cheque's issued report showing any discounts taken
- a complete bank reconciliation on a weekly/monthly basis
- a cash in hand reconciliation
- and our unique unpaid bills file
This is then returned to you for your management information.
Every ¼ or 13 weeks, we will calculate your VAT, fill in the form and send it back for your signature and submission to the VAT authorities. Every 12 months or 4th VAT period, we will prepare final accounts, profit & loss, and balance sheet through to final taxation.
Therefore we can do all the paperwork for your business including payroll, which leaves you free to concentrate on running your business profitably.
